Shipping

We ship orders Monday through Friday via UPS or USPS (USPS is used for PO Boxes and returns). All deliveries are made on business days only, including expedited shipping methods.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time but does not shorten processing time.

We currently ship within the United States only.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wrights@wrightsmen.com. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that shipping timelines may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or peak shipping seasons.

Local Pickup

For customers in the Los Angeles area, we offer complimentary in-store pickup. Simply select the “Pick Up” option at checkout — no shipping fees will be applied.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. Please pick up your order within 24 hours of notification.
Our business hours are 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM daily.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the designated carrier (UPS or USPS), Wright’s is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
That said, we are happy to assist with the claims process and will do our best to help locate your package or work toward a resolution when possible. Please contact us if you experience any delivery issues.
