The Story of Nanamica

Nanamica was founded by Eiichiro Homma in Japan. Their aim is to create the ultimate mix of fashion & function with no compromise.

Who Is Eiichiro Homma?

Before launching Nanamica in 2003, Eiichiro Homma worked with major high performance brands such as Goldwin, The North Face and Helly Hansen.

Eiichiro explains that “many designers just duplicate parts of the design without any knowledge of the logical features of those details. But I know why this shape is diagonal, or why this panel must be here. And so I know how I should take those elements and use them in fashion.”

Eiichiro's background with high performance brands allows him to integrate technical design elements into fashion, creating pieces that are both functional and stylish.

Wright's carries Nanamica for this unique ability to seamlessly combine performance fabrics with elevated, fashion-forward design.
